As we source our beans from across the different regions, they must all be individually tailored in their roasting process to bring out the best flavours. Beans from different regions require different techniques – the minute details in the weather can affect a roast. Our highly trained expert roasters delicately monitor and control the air temperature and humidity to ensure only the best tasting roasts every time, all the time.

Each region has its own distinct flavor and aroma profiles:
Latin America contributes lively acidity and spiciness; African Coffee adds hints of fruit and floral overtones, and Indonesian coffees lend their flavors of earthy nuttiness. These full-bodied blends complement each flavors together to create the best tasting blend.
