Region

Brazil

Brazil is by far the most coffee producing country (as producing 1/3 of all coffee) across the globe.

Their reputation was founded by the long history of coffee planting since 18th century, and the terroir enabling both Arabica and Robusta grow well.

We add Brazilian coffee in our CB house blend to neutralise tangy acidity from other African components, also to create natural nutty notes to enhance its flavour.

Columbia

Colombia is one of the biggest coffee producing countries in volume. The environment excellent for coffee growth combined with its high altitude makes the coffee cherries sweeter.

Colombian coffee is well-known to be mild coffee, thus as a component in our CB signature blend, it plays a part in chocolaty flavour and creamy heavy body.
Region

Ethiopia

The birth place of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia is the origin of the coffee world. As coffee is native to this country in east Africa near Kenya, the growing environment is just perfect for high quality coffee that is famous to be fruity and winey among coffee drinkers.

This Ethiopian component in our CB signature blend balances our coffee with its hints of brightness and creates an enjoyable aftertaste.
